Your Business Trainer
Dr jur Annemarie Hofedank is a multilingual internationally qualified lawyer with 20 years’ experience in ANZ, Europe, Latin America, and Asia Pacific. She worked as in house legal counsel for a globally acting chemicals and pharmaceuticals company in Germany where she was responsible for the legal support of various manufacturing business units, the global procurement department and the global agency and distributorship department.
She also worked at international law firms, governmental bodies and the Worldbank.
Since 12 years, she lives mostly in Australia and supports manufacturing, advanced manufacturing, services and major infrastructure businesses in the chemicals, automotive, food & beverage, defence, and retail industry with advisory services and workshops.
Annemarie has considerable expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, project management, contract management and risk management, and she trained businesses on risk and contracts on all hierarchy levels. She also helps her clients with the analysis of their business structures and the set-up of interdisciplinary processes to minimise risk, and to improve efficiency and compliance.
My Approach

Essential key values for me are being down to earth and approachable and working with people on eye level - I do not want to be seen as "this lawyer" who will give a training. My goal is to achieve long lasting learning effects by conferring the message in a language that commercial and engineering employees understand, and to teach in a collaborative, fun and interactive way. I include everyone in every role and with any character and learning style."
Annemarie is an avid surfer and loves offshore fishing and free diving.
